The Project
I manage the Drupal Training Program, which has been crucial in establishing Evolving Web's reputation as a reliable and expert partner in their niche. The program operates as a competitive advantage, offering a distinctive value proposition compared to competitors and a low-effort way to cultivate leads and secure larger projects.
Main challenge: understanding Drupal CMS software's fundamentals well enough to sell it and produce sales documentation (SOWs).
Main learning: understanding the building blocks for efficient collaboration between sales and marketing. Fundamentals of Product Design. Enthusiasm and strategic thinking go a long way in building client confidence and enabling effective account relationship management.
This role requires collaborating with SMEs and planning communication and marketing strategies. It also has a significant administrative and task-based component. I live inside of emails, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Zoom, LinkedIn, Spreadsheets, Canva, and most importantly, Notion.
The Results 
I’ve managed an always-on online training program uninterruptedly for two years, building relationships and handling all communications with +300 trainees for over 50 training sessions. Nurtured leads from the training program generated 600K in new business in 2022.
The training program has given me a great opportunity to:​​​​​​​
Identify opportunities to improve audience segmentation and marketing effectiveness.

Implement processes to monitor customer feedback, social sentiment, and trends.

Provide sales and project documentation, including quoting & invoicing.
